Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead at his Bandra home on June 14. Initially Mumbai Police called it suicide based on the autopsy, viscera report and witness statements. After the Supreme Court order, all investigations were taken over by the CBI.

• Sushant Singh Rajput’s friend and flatmate Siddharth Pithani told the Central Bureau of Investigation that eight hard drives were destroyed on June 8, before the actor’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty left the house for good.

• Rajput's father KK Singh had filed a FIR at Patna accusing Rhea Chakraborty of mentally harassing, taking money and driving Sushant to suicide.

• Enforcement Directorate has come across some WhatsApp chats on Rhea Chakraborty's phone that was seized for a money-laundering probe. The Directorate of Enforcement of India shared the chats which indicate that the actress was using illegal drugs such as MDMA, Hashish and Marijuana. She reportedly took instructions from an employee at a talent management agency to administer a drug to Sushant, reports Times of India. One of the messages sent to Rhea also advises her to ‘use 4 drops in coffee, tea or water and let him sip it’. It is presumed that the ‘him’ being referred to is Sushant.

• Servants said that Rhea used to be having parties while Sushant used to be sleeping on the other floor.

“This is a CRIMINAL OFFENSE!! An immediate action should be taken by CBI on this. #RheaDrugsChat,” - Sushant’s sister wrote.

But Rhea Chakraborty's lawyer denied all allegations saying “Rhea has never consumed drugs in her life and she's ready for a blood test any time,"

Rhea Chakraborty made several calls to her talent manager Jaya Saha after the death of her rumoured boyfriend Sushant Singh Rajput. Call details revealed that Chakraborty made two calls to Saha on June 14, the day of Rajput's death and five calls on June 15, a day later. The two had also spoken days before Rajput's death.

Under Sections 20, 22, 27 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, Rhea is facing investigations. Very soon all truth will be revealed.
